COTSWOLD HUNT CROSS COUNTRY TEAM EVENTS
(Qualifer for The Goring Hotel National Team Chase Championship)

Please telephone the Secretary to declare and to obtain your starting times on Thursday, 28th October, 2004 between 7.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. Faliure to declare will be taken as intention to withdraw. Car passes will be sent only on receipt of a S.A.E. In the event of a team withdrawing before their allotted starting time, there will be no refund of or against Entry Fees.


CLASS 1 - NOVICE FUN TEAM EVENT - Sponsored by MANIC BOTANIC

ENTRY FEE: £60 PER TEAM
Prizes: 1st - £80; 2nd - £70; 3rd - £60; Rosettes to 10th place
Special Prizes:-
1. BEST COTSWOLD TEAM :Riders must be Member, Subscribers or Farmers in the Cotswold Hunt.
2. BEST GERIATRIC TEAM :Riders ages must total at least 160 years.
3. BEST FAMILY TEAM :Three of the team riders must be related.
4. BEAT ADJACENT TEAM :Riders must be Member, Subscribers or Farmers of one of the following Hunts:- North Cotswold; V.W.H., Duke of Beaufort's, Berkeley, Croome & West Warwickshire, Cotswold Vale Farmers or Heythrop.
5. BEST LADIES TEAM
6. BEST MENS TEAM
7. BEST PC/JUNIORS/SCHOOL TEAM :Riders must be under 21 years. School Team members must all attend the same
school.
The first three teams will not be eligible for any of the above Special Prizes. Teams may only win one prize.
Fences will be approx. 3ft 0ins with alternative "L" fences at 2ft 9ins and the course will be approx 1¼ Miles. Teams of three to four horses/ponies. The time of the third horse/pony over the finish will be the time for the team. The team finishing in a time nearest the bogey time, judged at a fair hunting pace, will be the Winner. Horses/ponies must be 13hh 2ins or over and must be 4 years old or over. Riders to have attained their 12th birthday. Please note "Rules".


CLASS 2 - NOVICE SPEED TEAM EVENT - Sponsered by
RUFFER INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LTD
(This is the final of the Total Recall Accumulator Series)

ENTRY FEE: £80 PER TEAM
Prizes: 1st - £120; 2nd - £100; 3rd - £90; 4th - £80 Rosettes to 10th place
Special Prize A Cup will be awarded to the fastest Military Team in this Class

Fences will be approx. 3ft 3ins and the course will be approx 1¼ Miles. Teams of three to four horses/ponies. The time of the third horse/pony over the finish will be the time of the team. Horses/ponies must be 14hh 2ins or over and must be 4 years old and over. No horse/pony that has been placed in the fisrt three teams of any Open Team Event may compete. Riders to have attained their 16th birthday. Please note "Rules".

, kindly donated by the Hin. Mrs. Mark Vestey, will be awarded to the fastest round by a Member of the Cotswold Hunt or Cotswold Hunt Pony Club
