1. The overall time of the third horse to count.
2. All competitors to wear a hard hat.
3. Any horse deemed unfit to continue by any official must stop when requested. A penalty of £10 will be imposed on any rider ignoring such a request.
4. No horse to compete in more than one team in each event.
5. Teams to declare half an hour before their scheduled starting time.
6. Any objection to be brought before the jury of appeal and a deposit of £20 (returnable) if upheld.
7. Closing date for entries 3 April 2004. Late entries will be accepted by telephone, subject to an extra fee of £5 per team.
8. All competitors must have personal accident insurance.
9. Entry fees include a contribution towards cost of Paramedics.
