RULES

  1. All riders must wear crash helmets and body protectors to current recognised British Safety Standards.
  2. A team consists of a minimum of three and maximum of four horses and riders.
  3. The time of the third horse to finish will be the time taken of the team, the time of the fourth horse will also be taken. No horse or pony may compete more than once.
  4. All fences must be jumped between the flags, white on the left, red on the right.
  5. No penalties for falls or refusals.
  6. An error of course not rectified will result in elimination.
  7. Judge's decision is final.
  8. No entry will be accepted without the correct fee. The organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry.
  9. In the event of cancellation,75% of the entry fee will be refunded.
  10. Entry fee’s include a contribution towards the cost of the paramedics.
  11. Entries close on 5th September 2006 or earlier if the class is full.
  12. It is a requirement that all participants carry Third Party insurance for not less than £5m.
    It is also strongly recommended that all participants have Personal Accident Insurance.

  14. Fee class 1 £80.00 per team. Class 2 £100.00 & class 3 £60.00

  15. The number of refusals shall not exceed three at any one fence, or five on the course per horse, when the competitor shall be eliminated and must leave the course at once. The team will be disqualified for an abuse of these rules by any individual member .

    Any special requests for starting times must be clearly shown on the entry form!
    Details of start times will be available from 8th September 2006 From 6.00pm.
