Please telephone the Secretary to declare and to obtain your starting times on Thursday, 28th October, 2010 between 7.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. Faliure to do so will be taken as intention to withdraw and places will be given to those on the waiting list. Car passes will be sent only on receipt of a S.A.E. In the event of a team withdrawing before their allotted starting time, there will be no refund of or against entry fees.

CLASS 1 - INTERMEDIATE TEAM CHASE
(Final of The Goring Hotel Team Chasing Intermediate Order of Merit)

ENTRY FEE: £110 PER TEAM
Prizes:
1st - £160; 2nd - £120; 3rd - £110; 4th - £90 Rosettes to 10th place.

Special Prizes:

1. BEST COTSWOLD TEAM: Riders must be Members, Subscribers or Farmers in the Cotswold Hunt.
2. BEST HUNT TEAM: Riders must all be Members, Subscribers or Farmers of one of the same Hunt.
3. BEST LADIES TEAM Riders must be over 18 years of age
4. BEST MENS TEAM Riders must be over 18 years of age
The first four teams will not be eligible for any of the above Special Prizes. Teams may only win one prize.

Fixed fences will be approx. 3'3" and the course will be approx one and a quarter miles. Teams may be of three or four horses. The time of the third horse over the finish will be the time of the team. The fastest time will be the winner. Horses must be 14.2 h.h. or over and must be four years old or over. Riders must have attained their 16th birthday. Please note "Rules".

CLASS 2 - NATIONAL TEAM CHASE OPEN QUALIFIER

, kindly donated by The Hon. Mrs. Mark Vestey, will be awarded to the fastest round by a Member of the Cotswold Hunt or Cotswold Hunt Pony Club.

Fixed fences will be approx 3' 6" and the course will be approx one and a half miles. Teams may be of three or four horses. The time of the third horse over the finish will be the time of the team. The fastest time will be the winner. Horses must be 14.2 h.h. or over and must be five years old or over. Riders must have attained their 16th birthday. Please note "Rules".


CLASS 3 - NOVICE FUN TEAM CHASE
(Incorporating the Coxwell-Rogers Military Cup and The Loriners Trophy)

ENTRY FEE: £90 PER TEAM
Prizes: 1st - £100; 2nd - £90; 3rd - £80; Rosettes to 10th place
Special Prizes:-
1. BEST COTSWOLD TEAM: Riders must be Member, Subscribers or Farmers in the Cotswold Hunt.
2. BEST GERIATRIC TEAM: Riders ages must total at least 160 years.
3. BEST FAMILY TEAM: Three of the team riders must be related.
4. BEST HUNT TEAM: Riders must all be Members, Subscribers or Farmers of one of the same Hunt.
5. BEST LADIES TEAM Riders must be over 18 years of age
6. BEST MENS TEAM Riders must be over 18 years of age
7. BEST JUNIORS/P.C./SCHOOL TEAM: Riders must be under 21 years of age. School and P.C. members must all be in the same school or Pony Club.
8. BEST ARMED FORCES TEAM The Coxwell-Rogers Military Cup will be awarded to the fastest team from Her Majesty’s Armed Forces. Rosettes to 3rd. place
THE LORINERS TROPHY This Trophy may be awarded by the Worshipful Company of Loriners to one of the teams representing the Royal Navy, the Army and the Royal Air Force as the result of this Military Section and other equestrian competitions in the year. These teams are also eligible to compete for the Coxwell-Rogers Military Cup.
The first three teams will not be eligible for any of the above Special Prizes. Teams may only win one prize.

Fixed fences will be approx. 2'9" and the course will be approx one and a quarter miles. Teams may be of three or four horses/ponies. The time of the third horse/pony over the finish will be the time for the team. The team finishing in a time nearest to the bogey time, judged at a fair hunting pace, will be the Winner. Only the Military Sections will be won by the team with the fastest time. Horses/ponies must be 13.2 h.h. or over and must be four years old or over. Riders to have attained their 12th birthday.
