All participants must carry Third Party Liability Insurance for not less than £5 million which is available through membership of the Countryside Alliance. It is also strongly recommended that all participants have Personal Accident Insurance.

I hereby CERTIFY that ALL members of the team named above are SUBSCRIBERS to the ................................................ Hunt and each has hunted with that Hunt on at least 4 occasions during the current 09/10 season. In the event that this team does not meet the qualification criteria for the competition, I hereby confirm and agree that the hunt will refund any prize money paid to it.

ENTRYCHARGE FOR THE UK HUNT TEAM CHASE - £100.00 per Team This includes the MFHA Levy of £5 per team. Please make cheques payable to Fernie Team Chase to arrive no later than 8pm on Monday 22nd March 2010 to the Entries Secretary

Car passes - each team is entitled to two car pass, which will only be forwarded on receipt of a sae.

Penalty for late entries £10 extra per team – which will be strictly enforced. Additionally, please note that valid entries cannot be made by phone - only post or email. Team times will be advertised on www.teamchasing.co.uk prior to the event.
