- I have in place Third Party Liability Insurance for not less than £5m
- I agree to abide by the MFHA rules and those detailed on the schedule
- I am conscious of my responsibilities in relation to all Health and Safety matters at such an event
- I will return my number cloth before leaving the venue in order to collect my £10 deposit
