MFHA COMMITTEE ON CROSS COUNTRY TEAM CHASING
THE ANNUAL CROSS COUNTRY TEAM CHASING CONFERENCE IS TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, 6th MAY, 2009 AT 2.30pm AT CHELTENHAM RACECOURSE, CHELTENHAM
5th Level Lounge (Access through the Hall of Fame entrance)
The Committee would like to invite you to the Team Chase Annual Conference.
The Committee has arranged that anyone attending on the day can then stay on for the Race Meeting in the evening. This is the Hunter Chase Evening Meeting, first race at 5.30 p.m. Anyone who does not want to stay for the racing is advised to park in the Park and Ride Car Park at the Racecourse so that they do not experience any problems when leaving.
If you wish to attend the Conference, please reply on this form enclosing your cheque. The cost is £5.00 per person. Tea and biscuits will be served after the Conference. Please note that if you are attending the Conference must be in the Racecourse by 2.00 p.m. to avoid being charged as a racegoer. There is no extra charge for those who wish to stay for the Race Meeting.
Applications with cheque must be received by MONDAY, 27th APRIL, 2009, at the latest.
