We have designed a Team Profile document which Captains of Open Teams can store on their computer and update as appropriate. They can then attach this to the Entry Form, to save them filling in all the details each week. The Events can use the detail on this form for commentary purposes. Copies of these sheets can be passed on by the Event Secretary to the Event Commentator, being separate to the individual entry form which would be retained by the Secretary.
