Dear Horse Trainer/Exerciser,

You may have noticed a few changes around the farm over the last 12 months - including an improved and enlarged parking area. Some point to point flights are under construction which will be positioned in the valley beyond the water complex for early 2005. A wash down area opposite the parking area is also planned and the riding arena will be available for hire - once a surface has been laid!

This year in a bid to monitor the vehicles that come and go from the farm for security purposes, we are issuing all riders/trainers with a "permit to ride" pass, which will need to be produced on each occasion that you ride. This should be left on display in your lorry/vehicle, or kept on you when riding (for regular riders we can supply a bridle/saddle tag, which may be easier). These will be issued on a per horse basis on either a monthly, 6 monthly or annual basis, costs as follows:

Per month.....	£75.00
6 month........	£175.00
Annual..........	£300.00

These prices are for unlimited use including all jumps (subject to ground conditions), per horse - so a lorry with 2 horses will need to produce 2 valid permits. We have registered as a UK Chasers course for 2005 and their daily rate to pre booked riders is £15.00 per horse - so these monthly figures represent good value!

If you would like to continue to enjoy the wide-open spaces of Warren Barn Farm to excersise your horses safely, we request that you complete the remittance form below and return together with a SAE. We will then issue you with a pass, which you will need to display to verify payment.
