The Fox Grant teams were formed in 2004 after William Grant set up his new company FOX GRANT – Premier Estate Agents & Auctioneers.
The team is based in Salisbury Wiltshire and is sponsored by Fox Grant ( See www.foxgrant.com ) but has team members from all over the country including Isle of Man, Sussex, London, Dorset and Wales
Fox Grant have run two open teams for the past 3 years and have been lucky enough to qualify two teams to the National Championships for the last three years.
Always there or there abouts they have had wins at Old Berks and Berks & Bucks and always go close at the Taunton Vale.
2006/07 has not been there best year.
The Fox Grant Thrusters where 2nd and runners up at the National Championships in 2006 and 6th in 2004 and are hoping to go one better this year

The first team is – FOX GRANT THRUSTERS
- William Grant on Celebrity - William is MD and a Auctioneer and Country House Agent @ Fox Grant
- Hugh Evans - Bevan on Skyvor - Is from Mid Wales and in to property and is back after a years sabbatical
- Simon Coady on Otter - He is a Pt 2 Pt rider and lives in The Isle of Man & Wiltshire
- Katie Cuthbertson on Swift Venture - Lives in Hampshire and is a full time jockey
They scraped a qualification behind Ericas Army at the South & West Wilts Open Q in October – with a dodgy timekeeping decision. The rest of the season has been well below power – can we come good at the champs? An out side bet!
The second team is – FOX GRANT CHASERS
- John Langdon on Murphy - John is from Sussex and also in to property
- Nick Mathews on Mucky - Is a grain Trader From Hampshire and is new to the Champs
- Lydia Cope on Jerry - Is a new recruit from the Midlands and late substitute but experienced
- Sue Tideswell on Inch - Also a new recruit from Midlands found on the team chase website
Always in the shadows of the Thrusters and very close to a top 10 finish it always seems to go wrong towards the end of the course. Hoping for a sound clear as have the first draw at the champs this year. Qualified at The VWH with the assistance of the great Yvonne Goss and her toy boys - finishing 4th
