Nice to meet and recruit another member, though don't think that she expected her horsebox (nice, shiny thing, hardly any tree scratches....) to be held hostage on the yard.
This was the result of one testosterone-fueled, red-eyed farmer, a case of mistaken identity and a cunningly parked JCB.
Exhaustive negotiations, me desperately trying to convince inbred farm owner that he had barricaded the wrong vehicle, and an hours wait before Brenda was set free.
Sorry, Brenda, umm, nice of you to come blushing

PS Sue, please dye hair and grow handlebar moustache if you visit before i've moved the horses!!!!!

Just read Brenda's post - she's a very normal, down to earth person when you meet her, she just seems to morph into her Chianti persona and go bonkers when online!

 psstt: Chianti, whatever you're drinking, bottle it and bring it with you to the teamchase!!

Also, need 2 more to complete another team for the allcommers at the Y&A, anyone interested please email.

A big appology Brenda - great to meet you on Sunday, a fun ride, but v sorry for you being taken hostage - did not realise I was the most wanted woman in Arthington

We decided a quick exit was the order of the day, flying well below radar level to save fuel filled farmer getting 12 bore out. Am mortified you got cought in the crossfire tho slightly worried about his eye sight that you and your ned where mistaken for me and mine - especially when I have a trailer and a chestnut horse - or did you have a chestnut tail stuffed under your jacket that he thought you where going to sneak up the ramp.
Guess you now see why I couldent stand that man/the yard any longer ! :( :(

Have taken Em's advise and am now desperatly trying to grow a beard thumbup

Seems every time Em and I go on a day out - life becomes - lets say - eventful. Do we attract chaos and lunacy or - was it just the last few times out we hav'nt had enough of the red stuff with us. Theres one thing for sure lifes never dull these days thumbup thumbup

Sounds good - tho just trying to find somewhere that we are not either banned from or appear on "Wanted" posters on the walls thumbup

You mean you dare be seen with us in public again :D - suggest you bring a bullet proof vest and lots of alcohol filled glass bottles - to make bombs with of course ! In case of either attack from rampant farmers or if night is looking quiet we normally find it wakes up the locals realy well

He's not a rampant farmer, he's raving.

Chianti, horse pittle?! Do you bathe in it like Cleopatra but bit more whiffy, or does the Body Shop supply it in handy lotion form? Either way, am eying up the pony mare as possible source of the secret to eternal life. Probably why she wouldn't let me catch her tonight.

Seeing as you always go off at a tangent and it takes us mere mortals several days to catch on, can you explain ref to Twilight Zone. Please don't end explanation with another obscure reference...!

Beans Meanz Heinz ;)
