Hi Dave

She is 12 years old, 16.1hh, very strongly built, but I don't think that she should be carrying 14 stone.

Hello there, you've got to be the one and only John Buxton Esq, scalpel-wielder extraordinaire?
If it is, we last had the pleasure of meeting whilest i was grinning like a cheshire cat after sampling some of your finest grade morphine! (You did a splendid job, by the way).
Regards, Emma
(The one that wanders around BSJA balls clutching a gin and tonic and mistaking your friends for you, ahem)

Hi Emma

Not sure what to think of your message and anyone reading that would surely send the police around to my house, Morphine and scalpols!!!!!!!!!

Please ease my very poor aging memory, unless this is Tubby Baldy Smith taking the piss

What the hell does ROFL mean, as i said i am not a trained gynaecologist so i do not understand technical abbreviations

PS. If morphine does the trick for you I'm sure a sense of humour wouldn't really matter. You would need a good sense of humour after !!!!!!!

ROFL = Rolls On the Floor Laughing ( although i hear that Yorkshire gynaecologists prefer Right, On all Fours, Luv!)

Well, this has livened up the boards! Funny how an innocent ad for a horse can so easily get sidetracked.....think we may get censored if you keep mentioning the morphine incident or i keep referring to people working in a certain medical profession!!

Did you sell your mare after all?

P.S Are you single? ;)

Bucko
20-10-2004, 09:43 PM
I must be from yorkshire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, I didn't sell my mare, I decided to keep her, rode her at the pytchly for the first time and really glad that I kept her.

We are short of 2 members for sunday at the Worcester, if you have a horse, or if anyone participating in this ongoing forum has a horse and has nothing better to do on Sunday then give me a call. 07719-767281 or 07967-899624.

Bucko

P.S. I would love to know who the hell you are!!!
You have the benefit of knowing who I am, at least give me a clue!
Emma is not a clue, as that is definately not your name and don't tell me that I foaled your mare.

Guest
20-10-2004, 10:22 PM
My name IS Emma and you definately didn't get a foal from my horse because last time i looked he was a gelding! (and i was not, i repeat not, on morphine at the time!)

Would love to come to ride in the Worcester but my lorry went bang on me today so am having it stripped down over weekend. I have a team entered in the Readyfield, if you're there i will introduce myself (you will recognise me as i will be the one with no brakes on a big horse - guess that doesn't narrow it down much but beats wearing a carnation!)

And how exactly will i recognise you? White medical coat.....? :P

Bucko
20-10-2004, 11:36 PM
How about if i strip you down at the weekend Miss Brown, your lorry may not be mended but you would at least be smiling for the readyfield!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can't recognise me how did you know my full name??
Unless Mr Brown Alias Andy the bastard and you are the infamous Emma (who named him that) then the carnation will not be necessary, will it??

Your clues are pretty useless, and never mind the readyfield what about the cotswolds.

Look at your advert, you put your full name on it!

There is only one Infamous Emma, namely me, all others are imposters and are unlikely to be as good as the original.

Re: stripping down....naked team chasing? So you're into extreme sports then, John??? :o Could be a danger of frostbite in certain regions but at least the spectators would stand to attention!

Now i'm interested!

P.S I am a sucker for a man in breeches, please feel free to rev my engine anytime ;)

Love Emma (the original), who has never heard of Andy the Bastard, lives in Yorkshire and is having great fun talking to you!

Naked Team Chasing NOT A CHANCE :o Comando, all week ;) protection for my bits on a Sunday :D

Well you got me????? <_<

You caught me out with the morphine, I make Damson Vodka and take it to the team chases, I thought that you had obviously sampled this. It does the same trick as morphine, loss of ability to walk and talk but your concious.

The Scalpol, where did that come from? and BSJA Balls?

Do you ride with either The Wasps or The Tango's?
I believe some of them are from the Yorkshire area.

Went to the British Equestrian Awards last night as Junior from The Forge was nominated for a special award the other nominees were Iris's Gift and Tamarillo, Junior won. :o :) :P :D   :D I don't think the awards were ready for a small group of chasers. Too Loud  Too Stupid :P and TOO PISSED

Get plenty of diesel for your lorry as I like revving B)

Dear Bucko :P

Commando all week  ? Think you're pullling my leg there!

Like Sloe gin myself, but always partial to anything home brewed.

Scalpels and BSJA balls are a long story, in short i mistook you for someone else that has the same name as you and is a surgeon, he chases and hunts and literally knows me inside and out! So there you go, bit less kinky than you thought...(maybe) :P

Yes, the Wasps are local to me, Tom Kaye knows who i am and that's as close a clue as i'm going to give you!! (Think he'll be wondering which Emma!)

So go on, lets have some more info on yourself (nothing personal, just age, vital statistics and so on, photos or diagrams optional) - if you going to the Readyfields bring some of your Damson vodka, I'll bring the diesel / gin and we can have a party :D

P.S Do you hunt? (and i'm talking about foxes of the furry variety, not the ones with two legs and lipstick)

Bucko
22-10-2004, 08:17 PM
Hi

No pulling of any legs, Comando all week ;) protection for my bits on a Sunday :D

Fancy some other unfortunate person having the same name as me, I could get that man into some very sticky situations :o

The Wasps havn't chased since the Atherstone, how am I supposed to find out who you are? <_<

What team do you ride in?

Are you on msn? if so put your address down ;)

I will be at the Readyfield armed with a bottle of Morphine  I hope the course is ok, had a few problems last year :( :o I took a new horse, three and a half weeks to complete the course :P

At least we entertained many people over the last couple of weeks

Are you going to the Cotswolds???

If so we are short of two riders, now you've taken the piss dare you ride with us :o

How about that for a challenge everyone :D Has Burty got the bottle???

Oi, Burty, butt out, you're confusing Bucko, he thinks it's a set up!

Bucko, i am a real person, i will come and wave some gin under your nose at the Readyfield!

My email is emmacarr@otley27.fsnet.co.uk (now that's a giveaway, you have my full name!)

Been in a few different teams, hard to twist people's arms to get a permanent team established as there are only a couple of us that are committed, most others think you have to have a death wish to teamchase (well, it helps!). Anyone interested, give me a shout, want to qualify this season.

Bucko, what team do you ride in?

Also, can i have some more information on this commando theme (cue hot flush) - could you let all us ladies know exactly what kind of protection you men use for your bits on a weekend? Are we talking Heather Moffet seatsavers or something you discreetly buy from the late night garage? I mean, do you find that it helps you ride more effectively ;) Do tell.

Love Emma

:D Burty is game, Burty is more than slightly insane and extremely bored with the show jumping world....so, if there's an offer of an open team place at the cotswolds or readyfields count me in!! ;) Might settle for a place in the novice speed tho........

Sorry Emma, don't wanna cramp yer style...... but if you've got gin, i'll find you at the readyfields and drink to next season.....!!!

Ah Burty, you sound like my kind of man! Please feel free to cramp my style anytime.

Sorry, Bucko, i'm being unfaithful already and we haven't even got to the holding hands stage.....

I want to do the open at the Readyfields but fellow members happy with the intermediate - however possibly have 5 wanting be in the team so if we can juggle this maybe we can fill all the slots and i'll get to do the open instead...time running out so if anyone can help please let me know.

More info on yourself please Burty, dish the dirt!

Well done at the cross country at Harewood, nice horse!

Hi there! It was approximately 4 seconds after I crossed the finish line today that I had a bottle of sloe gin in my hand (courtesy of emma!) Believe me she does exist! - last seen zig zagging home on horseback with almost empty said bottle of sloe gin in hand.. sorry - didn’ t mean to try and run you over in my nag-wagon when I left!

‘alcoholics not anonymous’ - I think you’ve just come up with a team name - do we really want to draw attention to this though - or is it pretty obvious anyway?!

Emma 1
24-10-2004, 08:38 PM
Hi again, Tori!

Think we've got ourselves a name there!

Bucko, i am not being unfaithful darling, Burty appears to be of indiscriminate sex or possibly of transvestite nature, going under the sydonym of Emma. Personally, i have now come out of the closet, so to speak, am registered and real - met Tori through this site when advertising for people to chase with and met her for the first time properly today at a local hunter trial - so i am bone fide :P

Just got text off Tori - good lass is up for the open, will twist a few more arms but may be short of one so how about it anyone?

How about you, Bucko, up for joining 3 blondes?

Emma 1
24-10-2004, 09:07 PM
P.S Sorry, Burty, Bucko is a little sensitive right now, bless, - he thinks we're all winding him up!! As if!

Honestly thought you were a bloke, one of my mates has the same name and if the beard and beer belly are clues to masculinity then he's definatley a male.

Bucko, found your email address and sent you a pic :P

Now do you believe me??!!

I was just looking at some of the pics of the Readyfield course - the grey with out the rider looks a bit like my horse - deja vu? I hope not! ... he he! looking forward to it (hopefully minus realisation of the deja vu)!

tori, you're horse is huge, therefore fences will all look small (an obscure law of physics) . :P Don't tell your mum, she might lynch me!

We really aren't all alcoholics, we just believe in preserving our bodies in advance so that Time Team can dig us up in 100 years and spend a whole university grant wondering why we're all buries under trakenhers!!

Tori, suggest mainlining sloe gin to aid your mum's recovery!

Have another recruit for the board, my sister, who is married to a funny foreign chap who actually gets paid to fall off horses!!! More later.

Burty - yo, are you at the Readyfield too??

Bucko, found the pic of you on Horse and hound site, what team are you in, are you married and how old are you!!!! (it's not that i'm desperate, i just took a fancy to that fine beast between your legs :P )

I'd best go have a cold shower

Tori, think i'd better go back on the leash...

Bucko

That fine beast between my legs was the lead horse for the Gophers B)

He retired last year at the Cotswolds absolutely sound at the grand age of 24  He still has a team chase or two left in him but he got to know the tracks better than me  He had been lead horse for twelve seasons and the course changed at the Cotswolds, I ended up in an orchard at the end of somebody's garden  Not a good place to be <_<

No I am not married, divorced actually :) but have plenty of rings at 39 :o

ooh la la! This must be teamchasings version of Love Story..... this site should be renamed team-member-chasing ha ha. Mind you, there's something about a man in a tight pair breeches & i should know.
Bucko, you're in for a suprise.
I'm emma's twin sister :D
I fell for my chap watching him ride a horse; followed by a romantic evening in A&E. Not that he cant ride, he's better than most. He's a funny bloke who throws himself of horses for a living. Likes to wear a tin hat & carry a big stick. Calls it jousting. Have just done 2 months in Caen where he had to do 2 falls a day every day. Those spanish stallions cant half move. It's addled his brains. When he's not doing that he does handstands etc at a gallop. I've yet to get him hunting or teamchasing cos he's not so keen on jumping, though he'd be quite happy if he was allowed to throw himself off the horse before every big hedge.
France is a funny place. Check this out for a popular gymkhana game: string a dead (hopefully dead) goose up on a wire & take it in turns to gallop underneath. The winner is the first one to pull its head clean off. Gross.
I'll be there at Readyfield too. I'm easily spotted by the baby attached to my ample heaving busom. Now thats where falling for a horseman gets you...all they ever wanna do is ride, ride, ride :D

Bucko
25-10-2004, 09:57 PM
Hi thegallopingwoman,

That lady named Emma can't possibly have a twin sister  What a culture shock, two of you

You can obviously be distinguished by your "ample heaving busom" your words not mine, tell your husband not to take offence :P as the pic I have does not show this :D

Please explain how your hubby gets paid for falling off horses, I have fallen off loads of times and all I get is a bollocking :(

Tell your hubby I'll teach him how to jump B) (badly) if he will teach me how to to a hand stand B) Just watch me go through the finish all  Big headed bastard that I am B)

Bucko, less of the "old fiddle" ! I am chasing hard on your heels in the age stakes but consider myself a barely broken young filly - although i kick and bite less these days (have developed other bad habits instead :P ).

See you met my sister, she may have got carried away with the "ample" bit  , we are twins but she lives in France these days, has come over to get some cubbing days in. Don't recommend trying to get paid for falling off horses, puts shocking dents in your armour.

Plenty of rings at 39? Is this a cryptic clue to let me know you are a professional groom?

Yours, leashless, Emma ;)

Emma 1

Hi, hon,

I hunt with the Bramham and Badsworth as they are our local, the York and Ainsty are next door and i try to get out with them too. Used to hunt with them as a girl, learnt to ride by borrowing a pony (13 hands, obstinate as a mule, with a mouth of iron!), so no riding schools for me, climbed on and kicked on and flaming well learned to stay on!!!

:D Things haven't changed much, except the horse is now 16.3 hands worth of Irish TB, big green 6 year old but big heart, bigger jump, just occasionally have steering problems and we both hate the thing where you have to go round in circles (think they call it dressage)

The team is called The Bad Habits, can't think why :P New name, new line up, made up of me, Sue, Clare and Tori. Sue's the most experienced but her and her horse are complete nutters (both mad redheads) Clare is lovely but probably has a dark and dangerous side (we're working on the confessional), Tori i've just met, seems a right laugh and has a great horse (no brakes either) and then there's me. :P I'll be the one pouring gin down everyone's throats and gently cooing "rider frightener, love" with slightly insane grin before being buried at the first....!

So what's your team?

Cotswolds - long way, need a private jet / sugar daddy / personal chauffeur. Anyone interested in supplying any of all of the above please reply :D

Emma 1
27-10-2004, 06:57 PM
P.S Do you point?

Also, short of carnations and rolled up newspapers to carry at the Readyfield, so if you want to recognise out team we are in my lorry - G reg red iveco with R G Makin on the front (last owners). We are wearing harlequin colurs as they are the only ones that don't need ironing!

Glad to see that you suffer with breaking problems  I have had that trouble for years :o

Very apt team name, obviously named after you :)

Not had a team this year as retired old horse and other team members need new ones. They have promised to get new horses for spring as long as I am prepared to miss out on some pointing ;) Need to qualify

My horse that I advertised is the one that I have decided to keep, but I do have a gelding for sale if anyone interested <_< He is an absolute gentleman, very good in every way, unlike me :D will hunt, TC, dressage but absolutely hates show jumping  I don't blame him  He is in a field at moment, there is one condition <_< that is, hi9s passport will be incomplete and he would never be asked to race again

I will not miss you at the Readyfield, loaded with Damson Vodka and a tent :P :D

oh - I fancy having a jump round a cross country this weekend, I could do with road testing my brakes and steering again - do you know any that are a decent size for hire near us?

Thanks! Tor

awwwwww im so pleased its viewed like that i do remember the earlier days (back in 2002) when i was rejoicing at the sight of a new member and now there's a plum vodka drinking community blossoming (quick note: i do not usual use such big words but as hoping for promotion from results collector is trying to impress)

very much agree on the two many Emma's note, maybe some form of alternative naming could be thought of, however im going to go get some ice cream (cover for fact complete bimbo, well that and i do like ice cream)

Think this board has made the team chasing community get very close - very close! At least everyone is now talking about it - good for you, good for us. Bit of fun, livened up the place, no harm done etc....

PS Bucko, had bad day, back on tomorrrow, big hug, love Emma

Hi All

I know its late, but I am bored, so lets recap :D

I advertised a horse, some overweight bloke who would rather buy a bigger horse rather than lose a stone or two replies :(

Then a really nice lady named Emma (I'm a creep) who thinks :-

I'm her gynaecologist ;) I wish B)
Is a sucker for a man in breeches ;) Of which I have :D
who has never heard of Andy the Bastard
Is also a Romanian pig wrestler and related to the Queen
Really isn't an alcoholic, she just believes in preserving her body :P
a barely broken young filly ;) Sure I can help there B)
G reg red iveco with R G Makin on the front  Makin what I ask

Then there's Burty
Well Burty, what can I say, I think you have said it all!!!

Burty is more than slightly insane, I'm not argueing there
we are DA BEST, burty is a bit slow, Yep!!! struggle spelling also
Actually, i'm very sure of my gender, i just had a look :D If you were that sure why did you need to look  i
gotta say tho, this site is the first place i stop nowadays, Don't be so sad, get down the pub

Tori

I really can't say anything about Tori, only that she is led astray by Emma 1.

The galloping woman

Emma's twin sister, Who has travelled back from France to come cubbing,, what!! Are there no seal cubs in France :P Only joking, I love seal cubs
she lives with a man who dresses up twice a day in a tin suit and throws himself off a horse and calls that work <_< and she exaggerates, especially about her chest :o

Tori's mum

Had a read of forum but tooooo shy to talk!!!!!

Carrot

Your a woman, you don't need to impress your boss to get a better job, wear a lower cut top and shorter skirt B) Most bosses fall for it!!

Tony

Who's only comment has amazed me "Too many Emmas though"
Tony, You'd be pissed off if there were too many Dave's or Phil's!!! Who cares what there names are, they are ladies..........

And Finally Mick (Our Host)

He watches over us all every night, makes sure we don't get into any trouble but we don't even know he's there. He's a bit like a guardian angel, but not really because we are all going to hell!!! :P

just a quick note wearing a lower top will only get a "put a jumper on" as the 'boss' is infact my dad and i dont exactly get paid (though i am hoping for a car soon *cough*hint*cough*) :D

no worries though just keep on enjoying yourselfs, pig wrestling and drinking that vodka! B)

Bucko, well put, that made me laugh!!

Tori, can get 3 big horses in my lorry, but as you only have Friday in yours maybe we could take 2 each and that means i won't get done if Mr Plod tries to take me to a weighbridge (borderline with 3 large ones and all the gear). See what you think, you can follow me down anyway.
Helen Bell's is a decent course, not too far, near Thirsk. You can go anytime, costs £15.00, no time limit. Tel. 01845587207 to check if ground dry enough.

Fancy hunting Tues? Opening meet, some decent hedges to get practising over!

Emma 1
29-10-2004, 07:22 PM
To Carrot's Dad -

Buy the poor girl a car! She can't keep walking everywhere, it's downright unhealthy. Something decent so she can off road around the crosscountry, beats having to walk a course in the rain. A nice 4 wheel drive Isuzu in red with bullbars would be just the ticket.
Not that i just happen to have one for sale (ahem) ;)

Sue

OK as another silent watcher (closet reader) i'd better come clean too.

No - my names not Emma, but I am her concience or at least I try to stop her doing realy silly things & dying too young. There again I am also guilty of encouring her to drink too much Gin and then having to steer her home when her body co-ordination & brain have desserted her and she can't even remember how to trot. (and retrieving her horse when she's left stood ontop of a five bar gate - Don't ask ! - but it was a bloody good day !!)

No - Im the nutter on the chestnut who will hopefully be in the lead (until we meet a ditch (or pass the beer tent).

As the only person to have nearly crashed a lorry whilst stationery (and my riding ain't much better) then I can let the secret out on the team name. Apart from being right .... but most of Em's habbits are fun n almost legal !!! We also enjoy doing it sideways (or aspire to) as well as astride as it's a totally different feeling & quite exhilerating.
So how's that for a clue !!! :o

As the "fiery red head' amongst the blondes and supposedly the most experienced - oh er ! ! may I just state that this does not mean I am in any way responsible for thier actions ( or mine) nor will I dish the dirt (unless paid !) and I will definetly not - I repeat NOT be digging them out of the ditch (or hole) they land in - cos I will be there first n quite happy with my flask - Thank You !

P.S Yes Em's twins chap is a mad french horseman and has taught us how to do it standing up too ! they call it roman style - oh er !!

As I am used to going to horse events and being paid to perform - ahem :)
then from the previous pages could we not just get booked to go round the team chase circuit and get paid to turn up - i'm sure it would be entertaining and that something could be arranged ??

Hi Sue!!!

Glad you came out of the closet, see what we started, Bucko, should be on commission for uping the membership!

Sue, by the way, is wholly responsible for our gin fuelled antics, on and off horses!
OK, so i was a wee bit incapable riding home from that huntertrial last weekend, but a girl has to keep herself occupied waiting around for you to pick up your winnings, and the gin bottle was too tempting! And yes, i do have to get on my horse from various fences and gates (he is 16.3) and on the way home he waited till i got on top of the gate and legged it, leaving me doing a version of a rather pissed tightrope walker...bless.

Burty, you very quiet...?

Paid for teamchasing - great idea, though i have got Shoecare to sponser this outing so we got a freebie entry!!

Get yourself out Tuesday to the opening meet!

P.S Bramham hunt ball on 20th Nov, we are just short of 2 tables (12 per table), everyone invited. :D

Em

Thanks for doing all my nags tonight - car died badly and at 5mph with black smoke bellowing out in Leeds rush hour i'm not popular at the moment !

Suppose I could take Copper on Tues as still waiting for shoes for the French nutter ( i mean the horse and not Mandy's chap !)

Re Ball on 20th - think I got some Scuba guys to join us - though I do seem to remember undressing a couple of the at the Park Plaza Ball last week so I may need to keep a low profile !!!!!!

Talking of nags - does anyone want to buy a foal - Stanhopes Didicoy linage, paces to die for - well handled, ready now and bloody big, jumped a 5 bar gate at 4 months - a chaser of the future. Just got too many and no-where to put them !!

P.S

No I am not responsible for the Gin fuelled antics: They are laced with whisky too !

OK I appologise now for giving whisky n gin to the 8 year olds at the Pony Club meet the other day - but it worked and they became so confident that they were able to rescue me (on thier first days cubbing) when I was being pissed off with by Amaya (the french nutter).

PPS Yes I agree the site has definetly woken up - you n bucko should be on commission. Meanwhile i'm off to buy a hat too !

For our - funeral !

Hello Sue!!!! Mandy here. Just wanna say thanks again for lending me Copper for Stockheld meet. You're a real pal. Éléonore enjoyed her sit in the saddle. Spent ages scrubbing your tack but then had to put it in back of emmas trooper so i bet it got covered in dog hair, gin bottles etc. Did you get your wire cutters back?
Yes, i remember you roman riding. Not content with just side-saddle riding you had to stand on the bums of two horses & race around.....mad!!!

Hope to be here for hunt ball (wouldn't wanna miss the stretch limo), though may be feathering my nest in Paris if Franck passes his audition for Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show, fingers crossed (ooh 'errr - all those long-haired blokes riding around bareback in loinclothes. I'll be spending a fortune on muscle-rub - just to make myself useful ofcourse...) :P

It's now time for you to come out of the closet.

Don't just sit in the background laughing at what you have created :D  :P

I'll see you at the Cotswolds (in the beer tent) I'll be pouring the Vodka so you should buy carrot that car, or you may have to stay at Foxcote Manor for the night :P

Thanks Mandy

Got Wire Cutters, was bit worried when got back n found lead rope on wheel arch - shows I may drive fast but safe. Thanks for tack but Kirsty borrowed Cop to take out in the rain today so god knows hows much Hamanol it will need after that storm.

Well got out'a going out tonight as pissed off, knackered (out every night so far) n no transport so now having a rare chill sessiion - candles, bubles & wine - all for me ! :)

Re - Roman riding - I still find Fire Eating easier !! - ( I like it hot n deep !)

Re - Muscle Rub - having spent various nights looking after 'Flesh for Fantasey" n various other male show/strip acts am quite experienced in that field - so if you need help just shout - thou most other men find this and the red head Fire Eating quite intimidating - can't think why !!!

Trying to sort a cheap saddle for Sky at moment - but she keeps growing - now 17hh !! n only 3 / 4 !! think synthetic, light weight, adjustable is the way fortward. As I am a qualified Saddle Fitter do you think i should offer my services (legal of course !) (no not that sort - lorry bed not big enough !!!) for cheep check at £10 a time (industry rate £30) at events (so mobile) or should I just not bother n accept a lovely 9-5 job ??????

Problem is Bramham mid week meets are much better - so need week days off !!

Still alive and kicking, but lost a member somewhere in the last few hours so down to 3 for the Readyfield, entry paid so anyone wanting a run let me know, it's for free!!

P.S Have entered the intermediate as one member (no names, grrr!!) wants to see the course first (could upgrade to the open once i have her gagged, bound  and have bought one of those funfair mirrors that make everything - i.e the jumps - look smaller!)

How about you. Bucko, you can check out my backside when i overtake you...! :P

God save us from families!

My mum is now completely legless (t-total apart from annual visit to Yorkshire so 3rd glass of wine sent her overboard) and has just tried to serve up raw chicken but can't stop laughing....sister keeps giving me evils every time i top up my glass (blames me for said state of drunken mother) and her baby has vomited twice on the Turkish carpet (not bothered since I tried to mend one of my rugs this morning and sewed the neck cover to the floor). My daughter (forget the age, she's now 4'6" - i use her to measure my jumps, well, they have their uses...) is delighted and keeps running up to me while i'm "working" to tell me how inebriated Nanna is becomming and I am holed up in the kitchen trying to look together but secretly wondering how to cook a chicken in 5 minutes or perhaps order a chinese and pass it off as home cooking.
Chinese won, another glass of wine and nobody will know the difference!

Em, I would love to check out your backside any other time but have to ride with usual members. :( We have a brand new member this week named Jack, this lad will be a force to reckon with in the future. :o If anyone has a spare horse that gallops and jumps, I'm in, but only to check your butt out

OK OK
I'm a coward and I admit it, but maybe I also know how mad Em is especially when pissed on a horse (the last time we had a proper days hunting together we spent the afternoon sat in Harrogate hospital A&E!!) - and - am getting old before my time (oop's sorry not as old as you yet Em). ;)

Well every team should have a worrier - who can do all the flapping n worrying for everyone else !! Maybe I can hire myself out for said position to take all the strain off others shoulders. I'm very experienced !!

Can we put your mum with Tori's and they can get plastered in the bar so not as to worry about said daughters running wild (& probably no brakes) in Nottinghamshire, with strange men admiring thier arses.

At least I havent gone AWOL -yet, like our fourth rider. But if I do you know just to look any place serving alcohol ! Hic

I'll be at the Readyfield, so I'll be sure to look out for various drunken ladies (with or without worried (but probably drunk also) mothers in tow...) Oh, and some chap looking at random womens arses and wondering if thats who he's spent the past month chatting to on here! ;)

Hello to Sazzled, (commission please Carrot, me and Bucko need some beer tokens!).
See you on Sunday, i will probably be the only sober :( person there as am driving, may take tent and force everyone to stay so i can join in.
Also have a stinking cold  so will be recognizable as the one with the Rudolph nose, grizzling miserably at everyone with a hip flask.
Anyone seeking chauffeur position please let me know, no qualifications necessary (however, George Clooney lookalikes will be given preference and will automatically be given a live-in posistion).

Bucko, you dark horse, what team are you in???? Asking for the tenth time!!!

Big cheers and halloas to Nikki from Warwickshire, who has never met us but is now our 4th member. Great to have you on board, please bring a big spade as last time i rode xc full of cold i fell off, ahem, involutarily dismounted, and i may need digging out of the mud. (Mind you, think the half bottle of cherry brandy, 6 beechams, 3 contact 400 and 2 ibuprophen helped, i more sort of "floated" off my horse and lay on the ground grinning like an escapee from a lunatic asylum).

See you Sun,
Emma

This is the first time in the Bogey Time Class and watch me make a tit of myself, there again Debbie has to stand on four legs also :o

We now have three good horses, just waiting for Tubby Smith to get himself a really big horse to carry him and then we will be four again  :D

tony
08-11-2004, 10:12 PM
You should have averted your eyes young lady.
BTW not y-fronts they were the straps off me back tector.
It was your Tesco clad bum I followed twice round a muddy field.

Sazzled1
09-11-2004, 08:37 AM
Yeah, but to be able to read the labels you must have been damn close Tony!

So THAT'S why you were so mud splattered! ;)

tony
09-11-2004, 06:39 PM
So close at times I could have swapped horses.
I couldn't read the labels but I do work in x-ray

Bucko
09-11-2004, 08:04 PM

Sazzled1
09-11-2004, 09:18 PM
Awwww, you're soooooo mean Burty! Your boy jumped like an angel! Just remember to pack a leather punch for his flash next time  he just needs the bigger fences - then you'll be glad of him going like he does! lol

Bucko
09-11-2004, 11:55 PM
I see plenty of talk, but no teams accepting the challeng of paying for the winning teams entries :D

Sazzled1
10-11-2004, 12:34 PM
Thats cos paying entry fees is not as much fun as inflicting a bit of ritual humiliation on the opposition :P :D

Louise
10-11-2004, 01:47 PM
From an impartial point of view <_< I would definately pay money to see the losing team riding round in their finest tesco undies, possibly also wearing a bright sparkley m&s bra on top or their numbers ;) Just a thought?!!
I could supply some very fine vintage sloe gin if the losing team were reluctant to don their losers uniform!!!
Its surprising what sloe gin makes you do!! Not that I'd know of course!! See no evil, speak no evil etc.....

Louise
10-11-2004, 01:50 PM
I'm sure their toys could be added to the losing uniform too!! Not sure where though! eek
Any ideas? ;)

Sazzled1
10-11-2004, 03:41 PM
You'd have to ask Tony for suggestions on that one - he works in the hospital!

Anyway, why the impartial bit? Aren't you riding for a team next season? There's plenty of room for others in this game ;) :P And sloe gin's ALWAYS welcome...

Bucko
10-11-2004, 03:54 PM
There has to be a prize for the winners <_< as that's what this game is all about :) The fastest team wins :o

Totally support that losers have to do a forfeit

Bucko

Bucko

Want to know all about you <_<

Age

Sazzled1

Lots of questions, but still strangely quiet on details about yourself Bucko! Come on, dish it, or I'm gonna have to start making more phone calls! eek ;)

10-11-2004, 09:42 PM
Well think I'm safe from anyone finding out too much about me as I'm from the good ole west country! B) and I don't know Atb who seem to be the one able to dish the dirt on all the rest of you!
I appear to be younger than most but a little older than sazzled1! :P
I was at the cotswold with Nicky so she's the only one who's met me!
Oh and I'm blonde and definately female, and I like men who know how to ride!!!! ;)

So how far down the country do you guys go chasing, cos if I can get a team together then i'll be up for the challenge! You won't catch me wearing tescos finest hopefully noone will catch us!! If the team can be bulldozered into staying a team!
Had a great lead rider and horse but he seems to have turned all poncy show jumper on me  and will only go chasing if there's no affiliated on!! Then the other member of the team I thought I had has decided that chasing is detremental to her ex hurdler learning dressage, can't think why?
But have 2 others in mind, so long as one of them doesn't succeed in getting up the duff then I'll have 3? Maybe?

Bucko

Sazzled1
10-11-2004, 11:34 PM
if you've got it saved a a bitmap, that'll be larger than a jpg... but either that or use paintshop pro or i think microsoft photo editor can do it. Or crop it til it fits!!! lol

Guest
10-11-2004, 11:44 PM
Try 'gif' if you can then you won't have to reduce your photo to the size of a stamp
