So how did everyone else do? Heard the coffin took a few riders to seperate from thier steeds! We got 4th and Young riders but the prize which i was most proud about was my special prize for the worst language on the course  It was necessary though, two of my 3 remaining team members missed the two hedges whilst walking it on saturday and only realised when i was mouthing off at them to turn round when galloping up the hill AWAY from the hedges! Ah well worked out fine in the end! Anyone know who the photographer was? A x

Now then Miss Johnson!
you also missed out walking them hedges on saturday, it was on sunday when someone else who was in a total different class that spotted them and pointed them out to you!! A lot of teams did get eliminated for missing them hedges so i do thank you, but i do thank Jane a lot more! But you could have booted yourself over them hedges, and i would have caught up but nope, you held back for me to lead over them!lol
You seem to be saying that it was all you doing the cursing and only you got the prize, i told you on the day after prize giving i helped you out in that department!!
Master Steers falling off IN the coffin, that was hilarious!
We will get a better place next year seen as i was only going steady on Wazzy, ill take Clover and we will fly round at the pace you like!!

Well for our first turn out we had a good day - our intermediate team was 9sec off 6th place - mostly due to two member missing out 23 and 24 when they walked the course - i had a stop first time at the coffin but popped thru 2nd time round. the other 3 had a flyer tho really, despte an ear bashing by the 3rd rider to turn round and jump the bl***y jumps they'd missed.
our novice team was definately a team of 2 halves. the front two rode brilliantly and in a year or two will be great on grown up courses, but the other 2 need a little more practice. Little Georgia tho is only 10 and riding her mum's pony so a couple of stops were expected, and she sat a really really dirty stop that I wouldn't have survived!
any ideas who the photographer was?

Well I know how annoyed you would have been if I had of led you over them hedges, not to mention what a large dent it would have made in your male ego :p But, correct me if im wrong, didn't my little grey steed lead you all over the hedge near the box park at frickley when you ALL ran out?!! Not to mention the fact that you wouldnt have caught up to me and kez on our race horses:rolleyes: You cannot take credit for that prize Gill!! You merely contributed with "s**t".
But as for steers IN the coffin.. he isn't gonnalive that one down for a long time to come. :D

OOOOOOh Dont get too cocky there Miss J! lol i asked you if you were ok jumping the hedge in front and you said no!
and frickley, i did nearly write that in last time but i dint think you wud be able to read that much without drifting off...! and i know you led over that hedge, after i landed badly and lost the riens and steering with only feet, oh i did manage to find the buckle end, im not ashamed of stopping at that one for one reason that i had no steering at that point! and Miss J your right you did lead over that hedge at frickley so why not the one at the south that was 1/2 the size? eh? your a mystery sometimes lol
If you actually had a race horse i wudnt comment but lets face it u dont, the only one who does is my sister! you know about Wazzys old legs so dont start saying i dint go fast enough for you, he was a very last option, going at a steady pace, like i say you knew that before we set off!
Im not getting at you here Miss J, you know i wudnt do that, im just making my point clear :)

Finefilly, you really do sound like a cocky little brat with too much spare time on your hands, claiming everything as your own with no need to thank anyone else! You also sound like you dont care for other peoples horses, especially older horses with injuries, which it sounds like "BMD" has a horse like that and you dont care! i would hate to be your horse, infact i would to even think about you owning a horse!! just grow up, bring your self to the real world!!

Okay okay, so mine may have been a little more of a ducking than yours dear 'dog'....
but at least we actually jumped a fellow team-mate rather than just some silly stick in a bit of water!!
However we all know that had your cranky beast been upto the sheer race-horse speeds of mine & alex's then we'd have kicked arse...never mind chuck, hopefully next year we shall manage to get round a TC without losing someone [probably me as i do emulate annette lewis a little...] mid way round!

All the horses i ride at the moment are other peoples horses and (touch wood) i've always brought every horse home safe and sound... If you like I could perhaps put you in touch with thier owners and you can express your views to them? I'd certainly like to be around to hear thier reaction when you call me a "cocky little brat who doesnt care for other peoples horses". Theres always going to be a certain element of risk when teamchasing to any horse competing as it is a fiarly high injury sport because of the speed etc, if you dont like it then you wouldnt take your horse in it...Perhaps you might like to do some research before mouthing off next time... As for "BMD" he knows im joking, which i'm allowed to as a fellow teammate :p
Oh and well said kez :D

:sceptic: Yes I am - does anyone know what language BMD is posting in? and as for the subject matter it appears to be a private conversation, apart from Teamcob, who is well out of order!....could he/she be related to "on the deck"? - does anyone know what has happened to Hoof and/or Rosie - seems they don't love us anymore? :inlove: - not to mention Silly tractor driver!!

thought i was the only one who was totally confused - what's wrong with good old english? albeit a yorkshire one being better!
I'm glad you asked that question Burty, I was beginning to wonder if it was just me?! Cant understand a word other than the ones with lots of *'s - I got that! They all sound very cross, probably just as well teamchasing over for few months they might all calm down by the autumn.

Let's hope so, cos we like to have a frank exchange of views sometimes, which is part of the idea behind a forum but let's keep a civil (and slightly more mature) tongue in our head!
Fred, not been on here for a while but did you like Snapper's portrait of your Fred in H&H? Looks like he's morphing into one of those Indian Marwari horses!
